KATSAN – The First Surgical Suture Manufacturer in Turkey with MDR CE Certification!

As the first surgical suture manufacturer in Turkey to obtain an MDR CE certification, we have proudly received our certificate under the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745 from our Notified Body, KIWA Cermet Italia, via its Turkey office, KIWA Türkiye.

In line with our strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment, the certificate has been specially prepared and printed on tree-free, limestone-based stone paper, which was exclusively sourced from Japan.
