Bununla birlikte Ni3Ti gibi intermetalik bile\u015fiklerin \u00e7\u00f6keltilmesi ayr\u0131ca metalin \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve havayla s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ile birlikte h\u0131zl\u0131 so\u011futma yaparak sertle\u015fme i\u015flemi de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>Cerrahi s\u00fct\u00fcrler ile birlikte cerrahi operasyonlar s\u0131ras\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak olan atravmatik cerrahi i\u011fneler elektro polisaj i\u015fleminden ge\u00e7ebilmektedir. Elektro polisaj i\u015flemi paslanmaz par\u00e7alar\u0131n elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 ile anodik ak\u0131m alt\u0131nda mikroskobik olarak y\u00fczeydeki t\u00fcmsekler kopar\u0131larak y\u00fczey d\u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn elde edilmesidir. Daha basit\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131klamak gerekirse metal y\u00fczeyinden elektroliz yolu ile par\u00e7a kopartarak y\u00fczey p\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn giderilmesi ve parlakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 durumudur. Elektro kaplama i\u015fleminin tam tersi olan bu i\u015flem metal kald\u0131rma prensibine dayanmaktad\u0131r. Bu sayede materyale iyi bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm ve yeterli fonksiyonellik ile birlikte korozyon direnci kazand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur. Ayr\u0131ca her metal i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma parametreleri ve farkl\u0131 form\u00fclasyonlar uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Uygulanan polisaj i\u015fleminin ard\u0131ndan atravmatik cerrahi i\u011fneler, medikal grade silikon ile kaplanarak tamamen p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz ve kaygan bir yap\u0131ya sahip olmaktad\u0131r. Bu silikon yap\u0131 cerrahi i\u011fneye ayn\u0131 zamanda maksimum dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k da sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6\">Cerrahi atravmatik i\u011fneler i\u00e7in bir ba\u015fka i\u015flem olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ve iki ayr\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131 verilerek i\u011fnelerin u\u00e7 noktalar\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7ift kademeli bileme travmaya neden olmadan atravmatik cerrahi i\u011fnelerin en sert dokulardan ge\u00e7erek penetrasyon yapmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.
