Also, these rooms are suitable for hygienic conditions by keeping pressure, noise level, air mobility and temperature at a certain level.

Intercalarily, clean room systems are one of the technological methods. In this way, the protection of human and product health is ensured. There are various areas where clean room systems are used. In these areas, hygiene conditions are expected to be maintained without causing any adverse effects for the products at the production stage. The purpose of clean room systems is to increase the clean air quality of the rooms used in university laboratories, health, food, defense industry, nanotechnology centers and medical device production. In this manner, the air is purified from dust, particles and microorganisms with this system.

In an another saying, after the clean rooms under construction phase are classified according to the degree of cleanliness, various parameters are expected to be sustainable. These:

• Air flow
• Moisture
• Temperature
• Pressure
• Hygiene
• Air velocity

In addition, surgical suture has been used as a medical device by producing different structures under suitable conditions from ancient times until today. At the present time, clean room systems are used in order to perform surgical suture production under more sterile conditions, in a filtered and hygienic environment and also to ensure air quality.

Consequently, temperature, moisture and filtration factors should be taken into consideration to ensure air quality. Especially when filtering, a pre-filter should be applied to keep large particles. The air passing through this pre-filter should be filtered by a 0.3 micron diameter HEPA filter with 99.99% dust capture efficiency and given to the environment. Pre-filtration, which is primarily used in the filter system, also allows the HEPA filter to hold smaller particles by retaining large-diameter particles. Thus, the service life is extended. Also, the air given to the environment at the end of the process is laminar flow. The reason for this is that there is no distortion between the layers and the contamination caused by the particle movements is reduced by flowing rapidly.

At the same time, including these factors, the architecture of the clean room, the amount of air change, cleanliness, and the particles from the activities of the people in the room should be considered.

Simply clean room standards are:

• Automatic operation of the ventilation systems in the clean room.
• Providing automation systems that can be understood by everyone in the clean room.
• An ergonomic interior design.

The clean room is designed to protect products, tools, people and equipment from particles such as particles…

[51

post-10794","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog-en
["GET
